I had tried for years to do this and always got frustrated and gave up. Layers never made sense to me. And most of the tutorials go through the basics so quickly and jump right into the hard stuff. I never got the basics fast enough until now! So thank you. Now you presented in such a way that I was able to complete my projects and more.
