Sears customer service experience kenmore vacuum cleaner filter ef-1

HAPPY CUSTOMER RIGHT HERE!!!

We went to Sears to purchase a new Kenmore EF-1 filter for our Kenmore 31812 Progressive Direct Drive Bagged Upright Vacuum cleaner and received the best customer service experience.

The SEARS center was located in hawthorn center in Vernon Hills Illinois and the associate number 2170. We stood by the pile of different Exhaust Filter Kits and scratched our heads – which one do we buy? What size? Which style? The sales clerk could tell we were lost so promptly came over and asked if we needed help. We explained our conundrum and she picked up the filter we needed. We said we also needed bags and within 10 seconds we were checking out. Amazing service.

We left the store with our Vac Filters Kenmore EF-1 Hepa filter all within 10 minutes. We installed the filter on our Kenmore vacuum

and it works great! Amazing word Associate #2170 whoever you are! Thank you.
